How we work

From your spec to a shipped product

Most supply relationships fail at the start, not the end — because nobody agreed on what was being built or who signs off on it. This sequence exists to prevent that.

HOW WE WORK

From your spec to a shipped product

Most supply relationships fail at the start, not the end-because nobody agreed on what was being built who signs off on it.This sequence exists to prevent that.

It also removes risk at three levels, not one:information risk(building the wrong thing),capital risk(money tied up before you know),and time risk(a whole season lost to a slow discovery).A low minimum order only addresses the second-which is why we do all three.

1.Define & review

You describe the application, the gap — or the product you need to beat. We bring market and competitor intelligence to the table and come back with what is realistic, including the parts that aren't. The specification is agreed together, not handed down.

2.Prototype

A physical unit produced to your spec by the partner we've matched to the job, so the decision is made against something you can hold rather than a datasheet — and before any production money moves.

3.Certification & validation

Test reports and certification files prepared for your compliance review, with the partner held to the same documented standard. Certification requirements are flagged at this stage, not after a test fails.

4.Production & continuity
Series supply with locked specifications and a controlled partner set, so the product that ships in month twelve matches the one you approved. Trial quantities are the normal way to start — the first order proves the product in your market.

Supply Chain & Validation

How we control what reaches you, and how we can prove it

This is the section buyers actually check. Rather than describe a facility we don't own, we're telling you exactly what we do control — and what we can show you before you commit.

Manufacturing partners

We work with a small, named set of long-term partners — one per product family, chosen for depth in that category rather than breadth. We can arrange a direct introduction, live line walkthrough or third-party audit before you place an order.

Certification documentation

CE, FCC, RoHS, RCM and others as applicable to your market and product. Files released on request, in English, formatted for internal review.
Incoming inspection & reliability testing

Units are inspected and aged against the agreed specification before shipment, with results documented per production run. Test procedure and records available for your quality team.

Why we're being this specific: a factory photograph proves nothing — they're bought, copied and licensed freely. What you can actually verify is a named partner, an audit you commissioned, and test records tied to your own specification. We'd rather hand you those three things than a stock image of a production line we don't own. If a supplier's factory photos look like everyone else's, they probably are.

OUR BOUNDARIES

What we won't do-and what we will.

Every brand we approach has the same concerns. We'd rather answer them before you have to raise them.

✕We don't resell your specification

Custom tooling, custom firmware, custom industrial design — developed for you, and not offered to another customer in any market where you sell, including through our manufacturing partners. We'll put that in writing.

✓We do take accountability across the chain

One purchase order, one specification, one point of accountability — us. From the prototype on a bench to the last shipment of a production run. You don't manage our partners; we do. If a partner fails, it is our failure, and it is our conversation to have with you.

✓We do say no

If your spec doesn't fit what we can supply well, we'll tell you at the specification stage and point you elsewhere. A bad first project costs both of us more than a lost enquiry.

✓We do take trial orders

We don't publish a single minimum order number, because it isn't one number — it is worked out per product family and per production route. Trial quantities are part of how we work: a first order exists to prove the product in your market, not to fill a container. Ask us for the number for your specific product, and you'll get a real one.
